FAQs
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Where possible, we'd recommend car-sharing as finding a parking space at a busy hospital can be difficult.
All but one visitor car park are pay and display, so having some change handy would be a good idea.
Where can I contact the organiser with any questions?
You can contact R&Devents@uhcw.nhs.uk Tel 02476 967476
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes, but if there is a chance that you could let us know in advance of any changes, we'd appreciate it.
